W.D. Gagliani is the author of the novels Savage Nights (Crossroad Press), Wolf’s Trap (Crossroad), Wolf’s Gambit (47North), Wolf’s Bluff (47North), Wolf’s Edge (Crossroad), Wolf’s Cut (Crossroad), Wolf’s Blind (Crossroad) plus Wolf’s Deal (TarkusPress, novella). Wolf’s Trap has been in print since 2003, was a finalist for the Bram Stoker Award in 2004, and is the first book in the Nick Lupo series. Nick Lupo also appears in a World of JA Konrath Jack Daniels tie-in, “Hair of the Dog” (Kindle Worlds). “Voracious in Vegas” (with David Benton) is an official Kindle Worlds Vampire Diaries tie-in. Gagliani is also the author of the novella “The Great Belzoni and the Gait of Anubis” (Tarkus Press and in an extended edition from Acheron Books).

Six of his short stories have earned Honorable Mentions in The Year’s Best Fantasy & Horror collections. His nonfiction has appeared in the books On Writing Horror, They Bite!, Thrillers: The 100 Must Reads, and in The Writer magazine (October 2011).
Some of his fiction is available in the collection Shadowplays (Tarkus Press) and various Benton & Gagliani collaborations are available in the collection Mysteries & Mayhem (Tarkus Press).
