Ramona DeFelice Long’s writing has appeared in literary, regional, and juvenile publications, including The Arkansas Review, TOSKA, Literary Mama, CRICKET, 10kToBI, Handspun, Delaware Beach Life, Blue Lit, and FamilyFun. She has been awarded artist fellowships and scholarships from the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation, the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, the Delaware Division of the Arts, the Pennsylvania State Arts Council, Philadelphia Stories, the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, and the Rehoboth Beach Writers Guild. Ramona is also a member of the Written Remains Writers Guild. She is a native of Louisiana and now lives in Delaware, where her day job is as an independent editor and online writing instructor.
